Hotel Window Fall Investigation Underway

BROCKTON- A one-year-old child has been taken to the Good Samaritian Medical Center after suffering head trauma from an alleged fall from a second-story hotel room at the Quality Inn in Brockton.
Police officials responded to a call from the hotel at about 8:45 a.m. this morning. According to sources in the police department the one-year-old child was taken to Good Samaritan emergency room for trauma to the head. The Plymouth County Sherriff's Department and Brockton police are investigating the matter.
Police responded to a breaking and entering in progress call for a different room on the same floor at the hotel at about 10:45 a.m. It is unclear if the two matters are related.
