BROCKTON--Brockton Councilor-at-Large Jass Stewart has released the third of five reports centering around city issues including accountability, jobs, and education.
The latest release is focused on education. Neighborhoods and innovations are the two remaining studies not yet completed.
"Cities and towns that 'out-teach us today will out-compete us' tomorrow," the report begins.
"This is true for our K-12 system, as well as for our workforce. This is why I support advanced training programs for workers who wish to improve their skills while meeting the needs of local industries," the introduction states.
